Our day today was getting settled into Louise's house. She is Sandy's grandma and graciously lets us stay at her place while she stays with a friend. The day was full of laundry, grocery shopping and school work. But, we did have time this evening to visit the beach on the way to the store.
We crossed half a continent to see this!
Since we were going shopping we had the kids shower and put on clean clothes. That was a total parent fail. What were we thinking? That the kids would get their toes wet and call it good? Needless to say, we have more laundry to do.
