We were on the road by 6am on Thursday and headed off for the Grand Canyon. I wanted to stop at the Four Corners but they charge $5 a person, so we settled for pictures of the kids as we crossed each state line.
Thankfully, Matt indulged my desire to take pictures at almost every sign. The kids, not so much.
The drive through norther Arizona was amazing! It was a 12 hour drive but the scenery made it easier.
We didn't have time to drive through Monument Valley, but this was close enough.
