The Quarry
After Harpers Ferry Pete took us to see his brother Evan and then to see the area he grew up in.
Behind his mother's house was a quarry that had long since filled up with water.
The quarry is now in an HOA. I'll say no more and let the picture do the talking.
The quarry is full of beautiful aqua marine water that is crystal clear.
Also, there are caves and tunnels bored into the cliffs. My only regret is that we coundn't go swimming or boating into the caves.
