Assateague Island

After Annapolis we continued south heading to Assateague.

Here we are crossing the 4.3 mile long Chesapeake Bay bridge.

Crossing a smaller bridge several hours later to Assateague Island.

The famed wild ponies of Assateague Island.

At last!  The ocean!  

In 9 months time we have visited the Pacific and now the Atlantic Ocean!
