Sorry, this post will not make much sense placed here, but I can't get it in chronological order.
Joey and Timmy enjoying the jeep.
Cutting and stacking wood. Forest fire is a real concern in the mountains. As a matter of fact there were two fires this summer near the cabin. One was 10 miles away and another was 15. Fire mitigation is a very serious thing. Clearing downed and dead trees goes along way in protecting one's property. The men cut the trees down and Sandy stacked the wood.
My contribution the to the work was using the jeep to tow logs out of the woods for easier cutting and stacking. A hard job I assure you.
The kids playing in the dirt.
Timmy, Alan and Joey being mischievous.
A rainbow seen from the deck.
Used car lot for Honda, Toyota and Jeep.
With the wood we stacked, Sandy made a fort for the kids.
The kids would disappear for hours on end to play a game they called "Warrior Cats". They had so much fun!
