On Sunday we had a couple over to show us the established hiking trails in Forbes Park. They gave us a lot of good information. In the mean time the kids were playing in the tube you see below. They like to climb inside it and roll down the driveway. It was decided that it was also fun to walk around in it.
While Wyatt was walking around like this on the driveway he fell over and hit his head on the gravel.
The morning of the eclipse.
Everyone ready to go.
After several calls to the doctor, Sandy decided to take Wyatt in to be checked out. It turned out that he had received a mild concussion. Because of that trip they missed out on the last stage of the eclipse which ended up being clouded over anyway.
After the eclipse the remaining kids and I decided to try the Raspberry Mountain trail. On the way the kids came across a game camera and the boys proceeded to goof off and totally embarrass me.
