Chad's parents have a small pond that they keep stocked with fish for the grandkids. It is usually very easy to catch a fish in there but this year they were not biting as much. It was still fun to try and it was a nice day to sit out by the pond.
Mika was tempted to try and swim but she never went in all the way.

Nora bored of fishing quickly and started racing Mika around the pond. While Mika enjoyed the race it stressed her to leave the other two behind. She was too concerned they would fall in the water and spent time racing back and forth between the kids checking on them to make sure they were safe. With 4 adults and 1 dog keeping and eye on them the kids did just fine.
